Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: 5.6.43
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: OWN
Survey theme/template: N/A

Hello,
I see the CAPTCHA settings imply inheriting a general setting.
Where can I change the general setting to be inherited by my users' survey? I wish Captcha was enabled by default.
