Can I force CAPTCHA to be shown by default? was created by ritapas

Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: 5.6.43
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: OWN
Survey theme/template: N/A

Hello,
I see the CAPTCHA settings imply inheriting a general setting.
Where can I change the general setting to be inherited by my users' survey? I wish Captcha was enabled by default.

Configuration --> Global survey --> Publication & access.

Survey option are

1. From survey
2. From Surveys group if inherited in Survey
2. From Global survey if inherited in Surveys Group
