Hi,
I want to create a survey where everyone sees the same questions.
On the first question, I will ask, what do you identify as, or "are you a hockey player" yes/no.
I want to know if the average of the following parts in the questionnaire are different for male or female, different for hockey players or not.
Thanks for your help,
Logan Berchier

Yes, these are basic tests you run in your statistic tool.
After the first general tests of normal distribution (e.g.  Kolmogorow-Smirnow) etc.
Depending on the scale level, you run a independent t-test, U-test, or a simple CHI-square. And a Pearson correlation to check if the results of one scale are covered by something else.

Use your preferred tool . All include these basic tests. (PSPP, SPSS, R, Jasp, Jamovi, etc., even Excel or OpenOffice
