Hello, I would like to combine two single choice questions into a hidden question to limit the number of participants by quotas. Could you please help me with this?

We do not have a crystal ball.

But if there are two questions (Q1, Q2) each with two answer options (1,2) you may create a question of type equation with 
{(Q1-1)*2+Q2}
This is simple arithmetic.
Now this equation has 4 results for the four possible combinations of Q1 and Q2.
And you can use this equation in your quotas.

Probably you asked your question more than once, thus Denis "merged" the different questions into one topic and blocked the other one.

And you have asked your questions less than 2h ago and it is already answered. That seems pretty quick to me. No need to complain.
