Survey as iframe or js-injection? was created by Priolemoni_447259
Hi.

I am testing Limesurvey with free tier cloud installation for a larger deployment. One important feature is embedding survey directly to website. Is it possible with iframe? I haven't found any documentation of feature, how do i construct iframe embed? Iframe starting to be a bit dated tech: is survey embedding possible with JS-injection?

LimeSurvey version: LimeSurvey Cloud Version 6.2.7

Iframe is possible, JS-Injection I don't think so.

There are quite a lot of forum entries about Limesurvey and Iframes, describing also the issues you might encounter.

Some examples found with a quick google search:
forums.limesurvey.org/forum/can-i-do-thi...in-limesurvey-iframe

There are also a couple of settings regarding iframes in Limesurvey:

manual.limesurvey.org/Optional_settings/en

When you say "Cloud version" you are referring to the SaaS service provided by Limesurvey GmbH?

I don't think JS-injection will work, but I am no expert on this. LS is not just a small poll serviçe.

In the GUI, under "global settings" -> "Security" you will also find the setting "IFrame embedding allowed:"
