Am currently using Limesurvey to carry out Surveys. By default one can send Invitations/ Reminders via Email to Participants.
However am looking for an option of sending the Invitations (Link + Access Code) via Whatsapp. This is because Whatsapp is more easily accessible to more Participants unlike Email.
Limesurvey has no integration with Limesurvey. However, if you have a tool that can be used to send "mass whatsaps" similar to mass emails, you can always create your token links in Excel and then use the Excel or CSV file to import into your tool to send invitations via Whatsapp.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
