Export Responses not exported before

Export Responses not exported before was created by iliasth
i want to export completed reponses that i didnt export before.
Is it possible in limesurvey in the UI or via API ?

There is an option to set the range of SAVEDID, from - to.

but the IDs that i want to export might be dispersed so an interval is not gonna work

Why not?
The SAVEDID is autoincrement.
So if you exported the results last Monday all new responses have a greater SAVEDID.

And of course it's easy to export all and remove the "old" ones in Excel.

the problem is that there is a possibility that some users might finish the survey before others ( a user with id 15 might complete before a user with id 14)
Can i export responses based on a filter . for example i want to export responses where the Queston with code "Q12" equals to 1?
