I would like to create a survey for my bachelor thesis. For this I wanted to give 4 answer possibilities for a question and one answer should be correct.
I think the "multiple choice output" is the right question type. But how can I mark an answer as correct?

was there a special reason that you not only neglected the questions at the beginning but removed them?

1. If one answer is the correct one you should use a single choice question, list(radio), maybe with bootstrap button layout.

And you want to show to the respondent whether the answer is correct or not.
How do you want to display it?
If you just show a message the respondent may select another option until he hits the correct one.

So what exactly is your goal?
