Hi,

I am using the 3.28 version  of limesurvey and I have a problem with the timer limit for question. In fact, the countdown is not displayed. How could I fix it ?

Try a standard theme (the ones that come with Limesurvey) and see what happens.

Also, what does this have to do with "Plugins"?
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Hi,
you use a customized theme.
According to the screenshot I guess it is based on "vanilla".
And you are right, the timer is not displayed in "vanilla". And worse, it doesn't work.
 
Seems to be a bug. File a bug report.

But it is fine in "fruity"
 

So, either you use a different theme or you insert your own timer by javascript
