The radio button response is filled immediately without looking at the if condition

the syntax of your expression is wrong (maybe a typo?)

{if(html_entity_decode(topic)=='Teste,'topicauto='A1','')}
{if(html_entity_decode(topic)=='Teste',topicauto='A1','')}
