I would like to set another condition to my questions.

for example, If in Q2 i choose "brand 3" as answer option, is it possible to have , in a new multiple question Q3 with the same list of brand, the brand selected in Q2, already checked? a sort of autocheck based on previous answer

what's the reason for this?

That the respondent unchecks it because he thinks "I checked it already inthe previous question"?

But to do this use ExpressionScript.
A question of type "equation" with something like

{Q2_SQ001= if(Q1_SQ001=="Y","Y","")}
...
