==================
Hello to all of you!

I am working on my Master's thesis and my professor wants me to implement an Implicit Association Test which I have done in SosciSurvey before into another LimeSurvey Questionnaire. Is it possible for me to match the results for any participant of the questionnaire with the scores in the IAT (anonymously of course) and if so how?

I am thinking in terms of transferring the Case ID from Limesurvey to Soscisury so that I can match the data later on in SPSS.

Thank you very much in advance for your help

Best regards

Why not run the whole survey in Socisurvey, if you need to do the IAT in Socisurvey?

I mean it is most probably possible to connect the data later on (just don't think it can be done anonymously), but why go through all the hassle and connect two surveys when you can do it all in one?

I am all for using Limesurvey, but if Limesurvey can't do the IAT (I don't know if it can?), why use Limesurvey? Is there something else Limesurvey can do that Socisurvey can't and you need? If not, I would do all in one survey.

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

Just to mention it.
There is a question theme for IAT
github.com/tpartner/LimeSurvey-Implicit-Association-Test-3x
If this doesn't work in 5.x. or the university rejects the implementation, there is also a simple javascript workaround, which is compatible with 5.x.

Adaptable to your needs.

Hey holch, thank you for the quick reply.

I get what you are saying and I have brought up this topic as well. I do not quite understand the background, but as far as I was told there are data privacy issues for my university with doing the whole questionnaire on soscisurvey and licensing issues with doing the IAT on LimeSurvey.

So just hypothetically are there any ideas that I could try to solve it with my current dilemma?

best regards

and licensing issues with doing the IAT on LimeSurvey.

What???
Read my previous post.

And if you are able to read German (well, Soscisurvey is mainly used by Germans) you may read my "Tutorial 3: Gimmicks" in the German part. Probably on page 4.

When I drafted the other reply I had not yet seen your message. I will look into that.
