Is it possible for exported responses to include a hyperlink to uploaded files?

For example, I would like to export all responses as a PDF and forward this to colleagues. Within this PDF there would be a hyperlink to any uploaded files so my colleagues could examine any uploaded files that go along with individual responses.

So I would like a hyperlink instead of file details, i.e.

PDFprawf1.pdf

instead of

[{ "title":"PDF prawf 1","comment":"","size":"10.1328125","name":"PDFprawf1.pdf","filename":"fu_3njridesiby6mrb","ext":"pdf" }]
