I would like to know how I can be able to export a survey questionnaire in word from limesurvey. Are there plugins that can help with this?

There is no direct export into Word.
You might try PDF queXLM.
www.limesurvey.org/manual/QueXML_PDF_Export

And then try to extract the content via a thirdparty tool from PDF into Word.

I'm not aware of a plugin for direct export from LimeSurvey into Word. Let's see if someone else can help out.
