I have a dual scale array and I need to have a comment input for each subquestion.
I have found this solution:

It works but with dual scale arrays it seems that the buttons are off the table .
Can this be adjusted or have a long text input under each subquestion?
Attached - the buttons are moved outside the last colum - maybe because this being a dual array the structure is different.
It's probably a css "thing" - but I couldn't find anything on how to move the button inside an empty column at the end - I played with the code for a simple array from the answer in the link but to no succes...
Not to waste too much space by these two arrays, I recommend an array(text) with drop-down option.
Either you let the comment column as third column or you insert a button to open a popup.
Both options shown in the sample survey and additionally the different column widths.
