Where are the results? was created by vmsman
I installed Limesurvey and set up my first survey.  I can do a "view statistics" to see the results.  I would like to just view responses individually because I have some long form text responses.  There seems to be no way to access these.  According to the manual, I should have a screen with a responses pull down and that does not exist on my brand new installation.  Instead, my pull down menus are only "stop this survey", "run survey", "tools" and "export".  In the manual, it shows a "survey participants" and a "responses" pull down menu after the "export" menu.  My system does not  have these.  I am the admin.  I created the survey and the survey is an open survey and it is running.

When starting a post, you see some questions about the LimeSurvey version and about the way of hosting.

Your answers to these questions are essential for people for helping you.

And please post a screen shot of your installation.

Ah, I know see that these questions do not appear...

What we need to know in order to help you:

* Your version of LimeSurvey
* Do you host LimeSurvey yourself or do you use LimeSurvey hosted by the LimeSurvey Company?
* a screenshot of what you see when wanting to display the responses

According to your mention of the drop down menus I suppose you work with version 5.x.

And you see at the left side in "survey menue" this

And these initial questions were displayed when I tried to open a new threead right now.

Something looks wrong with the combination of the new forum and my browser, since I do not see the questions that are required. I only see:

Not sure what you mean with "questions, that are required". Try to clean the webbrowser cache. If that doesn't help it's time for a bugreport.

He means the base questions about Limesurvey Version, where it is hosted, which theme is used, etc.

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

Thanks, that's not an cache issue.The templates are missing. It's a bug and I informed Carsten about that issue.
