Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: [see right hand bottom of your LimeSurvey admin screen] 5.6.5+230214
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting:Windows Server 2022
Survey theme/template:Default

I am having trouble uploading some list to the participant database.
This one ok(testOK.csv) but this one failed(testFail.csv).
Could someone answer this question?

Hi,
why did it fail?
What was the error message?
Which settings did you use?

I just changed the token of the second participant and got (with all filters set to "No")

The attachment include my test data and error message.The csv file I provided works fine under limesurvey 2.7 but  fail after version 3.x .

Sorry, can't reproduce, neither in 5.6.4. nor in 3.28.26.
Just added it to an existing participant table
 

The same if I surround all fields with quotes.
