My array questions on the mobile version are not from left to right, it doesn't fit the screen, so it is displayed from top to down. It does not look good, and somewhat changes the likert-scale idea. Is there a mobile adjusted template? I couldnt find one.

It's impossible to recommend an theme cause you don't mention the LimeSurvey version.
Take a look at the bottom of the webbrowser window. If there is no version ask the admin of the LimeSurvey installation.
I recommend to check the unmodified themes in your LimeSurvey installation first. The theme "TU Dresden" might be no longer uptodate.

Depending on the screen resolution of the mobile end device I'm not sure how an array question should be displayed from left to right. You might expect too much.
You might copy you survey and delete everything expect the problematic array question and attach an LSS export here in the forum. That way others can try to reproduce the behavior and might suggest alternatives.

It is supposed to look like Likert-Scale, in the web version its from left to right when viewing the question. I uploaded two pics: one from my laptop one from my iphone. It works fine, just that it doesn't look good like that. Since it's a Likert Scale...
 

This is the normal behavior. There is not horizontal room for the matrix on mobile devices so it is converted to a vertical layout.

On mobile devices with limited screen estate (depends on the screen resolution and the screen orientation)  you cannot display the questiontypes like on bigger displays. A design rule is to prevent scrolling the whole browser window in horizontal direction. You cannot resize bigger questions to fit cause nobody could read them or use the finger to select items.

So you end up with alternative display styles for smaller devices.
In the bootstrap framework there are breakpoints, which change the behavior.
