==================

Hello all,
I would like to see how many reminders do LimeSurvey has been sent. I looked for a place where I can check which participant I've emailed or sent a reminder, how many times, etc, but I couldn't find it.

Any tips?

Thank you

Hi,
you see this in the participants table.
Here you find the columns
"Invitation sent?" date and time of the invitation
"Reminder sent?" date and time of the last reminder
"Reminder count" number of sent reminders

3.21.1+191210

The version you are using is over 3 years old and hasn't received any updates, bug or security fixes since then. You should seriously consider to do an update to the latest version of LS 3.x or even upgrade to LS 5.x, as it is very likely that LS 3.x support will run out this year.

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Thank you holch for advise me.

Unfortunately this is the version of my university and I have to use it due GDPR compliance. I will share your warning with IT and see if they will upgrade this version.

Unfortunately, some universities are pretty slow when it comes to update.

But especially because of GDPR it is not a good idea to run software on the internet that hasn't received any updates, bug and security fixes for over 3 years. You are supposed to always use state of the art software and a software that hasn't been updated for over 3 years will probably not be considered "state of the art" (Article 32 of the GDPR) by any judge.

So I think universities will have to rethink their approaches to updating software considerably, especially if they require students to use this software "due to GDPR". A little bit ironic. ;-)
