Hi Team,
I have modified the translations of some sentences on this website  translate.limesurvey.org/  
and they have been approved but the new changes didn't reflect on my survey.
Is this a bug?

No. You run a LimeSurvey version from 2019 on your server.  How do think the changes in translations you submitted in 2022 or 2023 will appear in a software from 2019?
