Setting Survey Title and other properties via the API was created by offpiste
Please help us help you and fill where relevant:

Is there a way to set the Title, description, welcome and end message of a survey via the API?  I was thinking perhaps setOptions, but can find no documentation.  Any assistance is appreciated.

I've never heard of setOptions but the set_language_properties() method will do it.
