Hi Everyone,

I want to add one more optional privacy checkbox besides the existing mandatory box, shown as picture in attachment. I have checked the forum about relative theme and the design theme need to be changed in some solutions. My account is a group account, so i don't think I could change it. Does anyone know whether it is possible to do it using other method? THANKS in advance.

Place the privacy policy and this new item in a multiple-choice question in the first survey page.

Hi tpartner,

I followed your advice that adding a multiple-choice question in the first survey page which is after the welcome page. it works well, but I still have a tiny question. A checkbox is mandatory and the other one is optional, which it is means if the mandatory checkbox is not ticked, the respondent could not go to the next page. I want to know if there is any way to make it in a multiple-choice. Thanks for your help.
