Hello. my survey link looks like this:  domain.limesurvey.net/123?newtest=Y&lang=en&ext_ref=1&email=1
It has two url parameters. ext_ref and email. I want to get response with its completion url by ext_ref via api.(I need it to repondent be able to complete uncompleted questionnaire)
Is there any api route to do this?
