This appears to be fixed in LS 5, but wondering if the fix can be applied to LS 3?
When setting up quotas in a multi-lingual survey, the language of the sub-questions isn't shown in the base language. For example, I have a survey with a base language of English, and second language of French -- and when setting up a quota, the sub-question text is shown in French:

 

Can anyone provide a quick patch to resolve this for my local instance?
