Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: Version 5.4.8+221024
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: Own Server
Survey theme/template: Vanilla
==================
Hello!

I was looking for a way to export my survey responses vertically in an excel document instead of horizontally as it does by default, is this possible? (Use rows instead of columns)

Also, I'm looking to increase my "max_input_vars", my LimeSurvey instance is hosted through an AWS EC2 instance, anyone know where I can access changing that variable?

Thank you!

1. a. Excel:  Copy / Transpone    or Copy / Paste Special (Transpone)
1, b, To have a more customized result you may create an Excel macro

2. This setting you find in "php.ini"
Only, if you can access this file

Is there a way I can change it on the LimeSurvey end to auto export it that way?

Also, how would I go about accessing the php.ini file?

Thank you!

1. No.
And two clicks in Excel are not too many.

2. Do you have access to the server?
Probably not.
If "yes", it is in the php-installation.
