==================
Hello, I would like to create a question in the form of a table containing cells with several buttons, as follows:

Can I do this with LimeSurvey?

NB: Until know I am only using the web interface to create questions, but an "lss"  or "lsq" file works well.

Thank you for your time

This looks very much like an Array question, only in the array question, the labels of the radio buttons are a header of the column.

The category in front probably requires some Javascript to make this.

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
Note: I answer at this forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

There is a solution to insert headers
and , yes, it is a simple array.
