Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
LimeSurvey version: 3.0 theme editor
LimeSurvey hosting
Survey theme/template:

I would like to change the Yes/No question to a more customized answer content, for example : 
Q: Are you human? 
Yes, and proud to be / No im a monkey  

Or to a True/False instead of yes / No answer

is this possible?

Please read the manual. Use a normal list-radio question.
