I need to decide whether or not to use LimeSurvey for a certain project and I would like to have from more experienced users the following confirmations:

1. Can LimeSurvey implement "tooltips", that is, baloons that pop up when a question is approached by the mouse to "explain" the rationale?
2. Is it possible to create a personalised message, at the end of a Survey, based on the participant's score?
3. I would like to chain two surveys. Is it possible to pass a variable (i.e. the final score) from one Survey to the other?
4. Is there anything available in the open source community for integrating LimeSurvey in WP? I would like to keep at least the header and the footer of the WP theme, so to avoid giving users the feeling that they are connecting to a totally different website.

Regarding WP integration, can you tell me if there is a project actively developed for this purpose? SurveyPress seems outdated, with no active development in the past 5 years.

To achieve this I thought of a simple IFrame.
Remove the header - the navbar - and the footer if necessary of the LimeSurvey theme, so that you only show the question.
