Sending a token-based survey with no names of participants was created by mvaldivia

Hello!
I am sending a token-based survey to over 10k participants. I have been uploading a CSV file with the required fields (name, last name, email) but have been using a generic name and last name "A B" as I don't have the participants' names. When I send out the survey "A B" obviously appears in the Recipient space of Gmail (see image below). Is there a way to avoid this?
