==================
Hello,

I'm new with limesurvey so i had questions about how anonymous i could make my participant's responses.

Already for the anonymized responses, i had planned to do multiple question groups, should i check the box to make the responses anonymized will that mean that for a same participant his answers to my first question group wont be linked to his answers to the second question group ? Or will all the answers to the question groups be together, simply not linked to a token ?

Also in my survey i ask questions where i'd like that these answers be in a separate "data base". So my other question is can i make that some answers to my questionnaire be in a first "data base" and others be in an other ?

There has been a long discussion about what "anonymous mode" means in Limesurvey and I have been quite surprised by the outcome. I wanted to post a link to the bug report, but it seems like it has been deleted... *wonder why*

Making your token based survey "anonymous" means that the token is not stored together with the responses, afaik.

However, all responses from the same respondent are in the same row in the database, so they are connected.

Also in my survey i ask questions where i'd like that these answers be in a separate "data base". So my other question is can i make that some answers to my questionnaire be in a first "data base" and others be in an other ?

To achieve this, you will need to create a second survey and connect both surveys via the "END URL" feature with automatic redirect.

But if this is a good idea depends a little bit on what kind of data you collect in the second part of the survey.

The bugreport which the main discussion is still there:

Bridging two surveys is always a workaround.

A few survey tools offer questions, which are then saved in a separate table and aren't shown in the results.

Not sure if we have a feature request about that topic.

I was "sure" that I had created the bug report and couldn't find it in "my view" of the bug tracker. But I see now that it was actually Joffm that had created it. Thanks for posting the link.

I think this would be an interesting feature, but I am not sure how likely it is to make it into Limesurvey core. And of course it won't help OP, because it will not happen any time soon.
