Hello,
I have a list of participants from which I need to select those who correspond to a specific list of tokens (to send to only those ones a reminder). I can't seem to find a boolean operator to do so.
For example: out of 1000 participants I need to filter the ones with the TOKEN: 112233 and 223344 and 334455 .... Having 1000 of them I obviously can't do it manually
Thanks in advance

Hi, in my opinion you have to.

But anyway, it is not too much work.
Show 500 or 1000 participants on one page.
You easily will see your specific tokens.
Check the respondent.
Then send the reminder to the selected participants with the drop-down at the bottom of the page.

I should say it is done within half an hour, probably less.

If these respondents correspond to a specific list, it would have been a good idea to add an attribute containing only a flag (1 = In list, 2 = Not in list)

But, of course, we do not know the reason why you only want to remind these specific tokens.

Thanks Joffm, the tokens are 15 characters long... that's a long shot. I read somewhere that I could that through phpmyadmin, but i really can't see how.

Be creative!
Use your imagination!

1. Sort the tokens of the participants table.
Sort your list.
Will be easier to compare.

2. Do it directly in the database.
Write a small script in php that reads your list, queries the database table and returns the ids of the participants.

but i really can't see how.

If you think it's not necessary to answer the questions at the beginning about version, hosting, we can't help how.

3. In my opinion easier:
Export to Excel, insert your list into an Excel sheet and then create an Excel macro that compares and marks the ids of the participants in the list.

2. and 3. And it should be easy to find the ids and send the reminder.

There may be other solutions.
