Hello, we have a survey with a file upload question type . For some reason users cannot upload images from iOS devices. I thought that it might be because iOS devices use the HEIC format, but adding heic to the file format to the "allowed file types" for this question does not seem to make a difference.
Does anyone know of a way to allow file uploads from iOS devices?

The post around iOS often lack the information what browser is used and if the files are uploaded or if the cam is used during the survey.
But ahort answer. Your LS 3 version is too old and doesn't contain the fixes.
There is are bugreports which are resolved.

The default browser for iOS is safari. However, the issue doesn't seem to be browser related at all. We have tested with safari, opera and chrome on multiple versions of iOS.
I will try installing the latest version of limesurvey. thanks.
