Hello Joffm! Thank You for quick reply!
Actually I found the description for my answer afterwards here - www.limesurvey.org/manual/Question_type_...e_tip_.28hide_tip.29
And I will precise what I need: when the respondent aswers to the question wrongly - the tipp message appears why the answer is wrong. BUT I want to disable the correction of answer. Is it generally possible?
Regards
Vitaliy

More or less, yes.
Proceed automatically after the selection of an answer.
And you  can show a hint.

In my opinion better:
Show the result on the next page.

By the way:
You showed a link how to hide the tip.
But your question was how to hide the help text, wasn't it.
So it is a bit confusing.

Here is a post about how to disallow changing list-radio answers - forums.limesurvey.org/forum/can-i-do-thi...irst-answered#221703

You may need to modify it for Bootstrap buttons.

Hello John,
I think it is a tip / hint.  I have named it as "Help" in a subject, because i have translated it from my native language into english for asking this question.
Just for final clarification - a tip / hint field is a second field after the Question field, right?

And what is the "help text' where we misunderstood each other becomes for me unclear now also...

The second field is what Joffm refers to as the "help" section. There is no built-in facility to conditionally hide/show this.

You could hide it with JavaScript but it would be easier to place conditional text in the main question field as Joffm suggests.
