Are there any relevance equations or formulas used?
Where is your survey hosted (why did you not answer the basic questions like your version of Limesurvey, where it is hosted, etc? We don't aks them for fun, but they can be essential for understanding issues or reproduce them).
Ideally you also always provide an .LSS export of your survey with the relevant questions only (copy the survey, delete all unnecessary parts, export it as LSS and upload it here).

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
