Dear Limesurvey Community, 
I have activated my survey and face an issue with my screen-outs:

• To screen-out respondents, which do not fit my target group I created several 0-quotas. I do not have an END-URL which is why I use the quotamessage. 
• I enabel cookies to hinder respondents to access the survey twice. That works fine for complete interviews but does not work for screen-outs - they can just reenter the link as often as they want

Does anyone have an idea how I can also hinder the screen-outs to reenter? Tokens would not work for my case. I have already created survey in limesurvey and cannot see what I did different this time. It drives me crazy ...

Your version of Limesurvey is now more than 5 years old and is not supported anymore. It is not even the latest version of that branch.

There have been 2 major new releases since then. It doesn't make sense to try to bug fix versions that old and that are end of life. This issue might have been fixed in newer versions for a while now.

In general, you should keep your installations up to date, not only but especially also because of data protection laws like GDPR, etc.
