I have a list (500+ items) in a spreadsheet and I need to put a quota for each item. Is there a way to let the list talk to the quote in the Liemsurvey?

I'm not sure what you are trying to do - create 500 quotas?

There is no facility to import quota requirements.

What is the maximum number of quotas?

The physical limit is the size of your database, nothing else.
