I am trying to add background color for the whole page of the question group. Is it possible to do that in LimeSurvey?

I also attach a screenshot of what I want to do. Any help would be really appreciated!

If you show the group description you can insert the styling here.
Or you insert it in the question text of the first question of the group.
Of course, in source code mode.

Hi Joffm, I also have another question, is there any way to edit the title font of the question group in source mode since the colorful background sometimes reduces the readability? I've also attached the screenshot of the problem below.

The usual answer:
Investigate the page with a webdevelopment tool that is included in each browser (F12 in most of them).
See which class(es) is/are affected.
Here
 
you see that it is "group-title".
