I have a closed-access survey that contains multiple participants, I need to create a dashboard that fetches the data directly from the survey's database,
need to contain the following indicators on the dashboard (only the number of surveys required indicator is static, others dynamic) :

• Number of surveys required (Static)
• Completed Surveys (dynamic)
• how many surveys were completed for each participant (dynamic)
• Accepted surveys (dynamic)
• Rejected surveys (dynamic)
• how many surveys are left (dynamic)

Regarding accepted and rejected surveys, I want to create specific access for the admin to reject and accept after reviewing the answers on the system by survey id.
I have no idea how it can be done I am new to this field plus I know only the basics of js programming as well as html&css, please guide me so I can achieve this dashboard if anyone had any good idea.

This is custom coding, and will require quite some programming, accessing either the database directly or using the Limesurvey API.

However, this completely is out of the scope of this forum and I don't think that anyone will spend the hours necessary to implement this for you without payment.

I think you will need to find someone with experience in programming that you can contract to do this for you.

I'm curious were you able to find a solution for this? If so, do you mind sharing how you were able to do it and/or who you contracted to do it for you? For years I have been curious if I could connect my dashboard software (Displayr) directly to LimeSurvey but I've always assumed it was too complex.

No open source, so no possibility to experiment with it. Only usable for some LimeSurvey users, I guess.

Right. When choosing the data source I have the option to fetch data using SQL (see attached). There is also an option to connect to the data source via R code.

I connect R to Limesurvey with Limer:

For me this works. Getting data per survey.
