I would like to create question with figure in question (not in anwer) and ask participants to describe it. How can I do that? 

In the "Inline HTML editor" there is a button to insert images. Just click and follow the wizard

Use any of the "text" questions (long text, huge text)

In the "Popup HTML editor" click the pencil and then the "image" button

In "No HTML editor" = source code editor you enter the "<img src="... "  manually, what you can do in the other editors as well.

The editor mode you change in your account settings (click your name in the upper right corner of the GUI)
