Hello,

I created a survey and a lot of people replied. However i want to delete all data because the survey has been sent to the wrong people. I tried deactivating but i can still import the data from "archives". Therefore i would like to know if there's an option to reset the survey so that it's like nobody ever answered it and have no responses at all? If not is there an alternative?

Export the survey as .lss and import that file. This will give you a new survey with a different ID and URL. Then you can delete the first survey.

Thank you but is it possible to change the URL to be the same as the previous survey?

Can't i delete the archives (when you can export the responses from an old survey) ? It would be better for me

These you remove by "Check integrity"

See the problem is : i think i have a limited version of limesurvey because i cannot find the "Configuration" panel nor "Check integrity"

This is the consequence of not answering the initial questions about version, hosting, etc.

You might get  not applicable answers.

If the admin restricted your rights, ask him.
