==================
Hi everyone,

I want to conditionally display a group based on a previously answered single-choice question that has the answer options A1 and A2.
My solution to this was to simply put Q1 == "A1" (only show group if Q1 was answered with A1) into the relevance field for the group but that does not work.
Neither does it work when I put that equation in a single question in the group just to test the equation.
I also tried Q1.NAOK == "A1" since the question Q1 itself has a relevance equation.

I am looking forward for your help, thanks!

Well, based on your description Q1=="A1" should work. But it is often details that can make a difference.

Provide a small sample LSS that shows just your problem and we can have a look.

Hi,
your description is fine.
And if it doesn't work there is a mistake somewhere (a typo, or whatever)

So, send the lss export of the survey.

This is the .lss file. The condition I am talking about is between "Dach/DACH6" (List Radio Question) and the group "PV-Anlage" which is supposed to (exclusively) show up if the answer to DACH6 is A2.Thank you!

I suppose the survey is quite confusing, so please just tell me whether I am doing something fundamentally wrong regarding this exact topic :)

Which is why we ask for a reduced copy of the survey so that we don't have to go through 1000 different questions.

Ok, in your case it is "only" 45 groups with 154 questions.

Yeah, sorry for that. But the good news is: I was able to solve my problem. I forgot a single .NAOK in a relevance equation...

Thank you anyway :)

Wait a second:

This is the .lss file. The condition I am talking about is between "Dach/DACH6" (List Radio Question) and the group "PV-Anlage" which is supposed to (exclusively) show up if the answer to DACH6 is A2.

Before you said something should show up if the answer to a previous questions is A1, now it is A2. And in your question DACH6 A2 means "no".

I really wanted to have a look at this, but there are so many other relevance equations per question included and testing this within the whole survey will take forever because one basically needs to go through the whole survey to test.

My guess would be that there is some other relevance equation causing trouble.

Checking the relevance equation DACH6=="A2" seems to be alright and should be doing what it is supposed to do, show the group "PV-Analage" if the answer to the question if they have a PV Anlage is "Nein".

But I don't have the time to test this little monster of a questionnaire today.
