Custom Randomization

Hello Everyone,
I have a survey with 3 main parts, there is no problem in the 2nd and 3rd part. Part 1 consists of 12 questions, I want to group the 12 questions into 4 groups. So I have 4 groups with 3 questions in each. I also want these 12 questions to appear with 1 question on each page. The most important part is that I want both the 4 main question groups and the 3 questions within the question groups to be randomly ordered.
Considering that the question numbers are 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12
Randomly 4,7,6-2,3,1-12,11,10-7,9,8 or 3,2,1-4,6.5-12,10,11-8,7,9 i want to get a order.
Since I want it to appear one by one, when I add each question to a different question group, I cannot make the order I want.
If I add 3 questions to the same group, I can make the order I want, but the questions do not appear one by one.

In each group 3 questions, also with the same "randomization group name.
E,g,
G1 : randgroup
G1Q1; randquest1
G1Q2; randquest1
G1Q3; randquest1
G2 : randgroup

You could hide and show questions within a group with JavaScript.

This was the first method I tried.
the questions are listed, but the question groups are G1-G2-G3-G4

Of course you can.
One principle of an online survey should be: One question per page.
If you insist to show "group by group" you will have to think about a new approach.
In my opinion these three questions in four groups have something in common.
So there could be a way to use a random number anbd "micro-tayloring"
Or you just hard code some sequences of questions and display them using a random number.
But as long as you do not show a prototype of your survey, each guess on ourside is useless.
