I would like to make a survey where people have to choose an answer between - 1 and 7. I have only found this option: 

I would like to use this, but I cannot edit it, so I can choose between - 1 and 7. Is it possible to edit this or does someone have a good alternative. Just entering the numbers in textform manually is not a good alternative unfortunately.
