Hey..
I have a multiple short text question. I used javascript to change the text input to select as image below.

I need that when the user selects a specific option in "Cidade" (SQ006), the sub-question "Nome da Cidade" (SQ007) appears. If the user selects another option, SQ007 hides.

How can I do that?

Using LS 5.x
Upgrading to LS 6.x
