Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: Version 5.2.13+220207
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: own server
Survey theme/template:

I used the first script by  Joffm  on topic  Integrating checkbox and multiple choice dropdown menu in Array  and I got what is shown on the image. I do not want two dropdown options. I want to keep only the ones that say Please choose...

How can I remove others?

Question settings --> Display --> Text inputs --> On.

Only to clarify:
If somebody sees javascript in one of my posts, this never is my creation.
Most of the time it is by tpartner, our javascript guru.

I only use them and show them in other threads here.
