I would like to create personalised links for my already existing survey (which has 3 links for 3 different languages) so that I can give certain people that link and track how many people have participated via that specific link. I would like to create several of these links for this purpose. Is this possible and if so, how?

This means you have  with different language settings.

I'd just add a further parameter to distinguish between my respondents, like and in your survey you capture this parameter in an question of type "short text" named "p1"

I'm not sure if you misunderstand it. I want to give specific links to university members, so that they can recruit people with these links and I can see how many people an individual recruited. I don't need to distinguish between specific respondents, just want to know how many people took part in the survey by which link. I hope that clarifies it

Each of your members gets the link with different parameters like
Member 1: "...?lang=xx?p1=1
Member 2: "...?lang=xx?p1=2
Member 3: "...?lang=xx?p1=3

You captuere the parameter "p1" and you see how many responses you get that were recruited by the specific member.
