We are using closed group surveys, each participant does come with email id and an access token, we want to send a thank you email for participation

I need to send an email to participant when survey is saved as well

If you want to sent a batch of thank-you-emails to participants of all completed surveys, LimeSurvey is NOT offering such a function. Invitation and Reminder.

Not sure if workarounds are easy and comfortable (e.g. exporting all completes into another survey and use the invitation function for the thank-you-email).

I recommend a feature request to add a thank you / results email function.

For such situation : i use another not activated survey.
