All participants filled their email addresses, and I can use limesurvey to send notification email to all of them.
However, if I don’t want to send email to all of them, and I want to only to send notification emails to part of them after manually review.
This is not possible from within Limesurvey. The notification email is triggered by the end of the survey. So as soon as a respondent reaches the end, this notification email is triggered. If you want to send it only after a manual review process, you will also need to send the confirmation email manually, I think.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

So is there any easy way to send the notification email after a manual review? Or is there any other way to trigger the 'submit' manually later? Thanks.
By the way, I notice there is a 'Finalize response submission' button the Data Entry page. But I didn't find such a button on the 'Edit this response ' page. Is it possible to use the Data Entry page to edit the submitted response? Or how can I manually add the 'Finalize response submission' button to the 'Edit the response' page?
