Your attached file is not a lss export.
It seems to be a lsq export which you renamed.

And always mention the LimeSurvey version you are using.

As far as I understand you want to show the "Other" option though it would be hidden by the array filter.
You should use the subquestion relevance instead of array filter

1. check box type question = multiple question -> subquestion relevance
2. radio bottom question = list(radio)
You have to insert a (hidden) question of type "multiple" and to preset the options by an ewquation.
Then you can use this question as array filter for the list(radio).

Is it possible to filter the answer options for a question based on a previous one?
And how is it done?

Example:
Q1 multiple question
Q2 multiple question

Q1 ¿...?
                A
                B
                C
                D
                E

Q2 ¿...?
                A (if Q1=A)
                B (if Q1=B)
                C (if Q1=C)
                D (if Q1=D)
                E (if Q1=E)

Thanks
