You can use the ranking question for this.

Dear rajkumar_dm,

Still wating for your responce

this is something we do not like at all. Especially as your initial question was only 5 hours ago.

Always remember, all we all are volunteers who do this in our spare time in a sense of "user helping users".
Nobody of us is paid for this support.
And also consider that we might live  in a different time zone of the world.
And at last: weekend.
So sometimes you have to wait for a day or two (or even more) until you get an answer.
If you expect a 24/7 suppert you probably will have to pay for it

As tammo said: The usual way is to use the appropriate question type = "ranking"
As you only display a subset of the answer options you have to use the array filter.
As said before several times:
Read the manual about question types
a general overview
www.limesurvey.org/manual/Questions_-_introduction/en

each question type separately
www.limesurvey.org/manual/Question_types/en

and ExpressionScript
www.limesurvey.org/manual/ExpressionScript_-_Presentation/en

Here you find some more options of ranking (including your approach) with the validation equation to use.

Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless
