Good morning, I am attempting to upload a video to a survey but am receiving the following error: “The uploaded file exceeds 2M bytes.” Does anyone know if there a limit to the size of videos that can be uploaded or if there's an alternate way to upload videos?

Two places to check...

1) Question setting "Maximum file size allowed"

2) PHP setting "upload_max_filesize"

And the php setting?
In php.ini, if you have access to it.

And: Why didn't you answer the initial questions?

I referred to these questions
 

The php.ini is located in your php installation.
We do not know where your LimeSurvey installation is hosted; you probably will not have access to it.

I have access to the limesurvey installation files but am not sure where within the installation the php.ini is located by default.
Limesurvey version: 3.27.20
theme: extends_vanilla
own server

Th PHP aspect is not a LimeSurvey issue. You will need to talk to your server administrator.
